I discover several common phenomenon in my office (Ppl doesn't means all the ppl, but most of the ppl)
1. Ppl always like to raise question, but they do not have their suggested solution, they never think before they raise up questions, they want to pass question to others, and then they think they already done their job, that's means their job is to found problem and pass to other guy, shit, poor mindset! I agreed boss can do that, but can you imagine what is the situation that all ppl like this? horrible!
2. Ppl always focus on those item that the boss focus or something hit topic, it is ok, and i think it's fine, but what i saw is that they only focus on that kind of things but mis-focus on something that are fundmantally important, or i should say it is more important than what the boss focus/ hit topic. like the bundles sku problem, i feel upset to all of related parties, i recognise their face, they don't think this is critical and how it will affects for the future... horrible!
3. Ppl always based on their advantage to think, seldom ppl will think on the whole picture, and even think on the other side! i saw there are many wastes due to that kind of thinking, mind set! poor!
4. Ppl always like to create abuntant work, really a vicious circle, it makes everyone become busy, and they know lot of them are meaningless, we can't reject some of that kind of workload, for example, customer/boss requests, but at least, we don't to create this to others. And also don't to create this to yourself! World can be simple, just human make it more complicate...
Above points noted also as a remind to myself, even i know i can't change others, at least i don't want i become a portion of it!
