Recipe for 4 servings:
Ingredients
4 carrot sticks chopped into chunks
1 tbsp chopped garlic
thyme (or other herbs)
cinammon powder (skip this if you don't like cinammon or replace it with curry powder or chilli powder)
3-4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp butter
1.stir-fried garlic, carrot with butter
2.add chicken broth and herbs
3.simmer for 30-45 minutes (10 minutes for pressure cooker) or until carrot is soft.
4.blend in a blender till it is smooth
5. reheat in a saucepan and add hinch of cinnamon and salt.
6. Serve hot! The aroma is unforgetable! Great for winter time!
