I have been back from Paris for 1 year!

Can't believe it!

My life in France is still in my memory, and in my blood. The food, the wine, the sky, the weather, the flowers, etc...

I hope that I can meet more people in HK who share the same passion for french culture.

If you have had very nice experience in France, please leave me your contact!

I want to gather people so we can share the good life there together!!

thanks!!!

Vin = Wine, my previous blog name is Wine Lo, but changed to Vin Lo.

I do read and write in Chinese, but I'm not good at typing Chinese , so therefore I just write in English...

Once you are in Yahoo Blog, there are many who are really into and knowledgeable in wine and most of us are really passionate yet humble in wine tasting.

A few that I would  recommend you to check out (most of my friends are worth visiting anyway!)

    Rebecca Leung http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/wine-luver

    Bernard Chan http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/bernard2580/article?mid=4385

    AM http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/amoksf108

    心無罣礙 http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/wonghouseng

and the list goes on and on!

    Enjoy!

thanks! I will check them out.

BTW, my friend got me a bottle of SUN wine from australia, a sweet red wine, w/ 21.9% of alcohol.Very berry and cassis and very concentrated, Like japanese plum wine in a way.

I never tried this before, and it's supposed to be good as dressing for ice cream....I am now drinking it on the rocks... it's kinda interesting...

    Hi Vin Lo,

Do you in fact know some french? Vin means wine in french, right? I've been there a few times, for work and for vacation,  I stayed there last year for 6 weeks (not as long as you might have expected).to  learn French and to take a wine tasting course (I am just an amateur)  ...sure we can talk more about France...

In fact, I'd love to gather more people who love food and wine in Hong Kong...so we can have more fruitful discussion........local foodie sites & magazines like open rice are not that reliable :P

Can you read chinese by the way? Would like to know what you think of this wine blog by Kelvin NG.:

BTW, I really look forward to your updated coffee list. !! I can tell when some coffeee tastes like water  but my taste buds are not sensitive enuff to rate all of the chain brands' products in detail.

hi Sa Ha, I finally went to LMDU yesterday after many unsuccessful attempt to book a seat. In fact , the place was full until almost 10pm, but so glad I waited.

In his food, I see his passion, attention to details and heart!

I only been to Paris once! But I love the place, would love to hear more about your exp in France! btw, Mr. Ha , owner of LMDU studied photography in France as well.
