Good to be back in the Kong ! But Bintan, let me tell ya, it's something else !! Staying there for 5 days, seemed like 5 hours ! There's way too much to do throughout our stay, and we still have quite a few things that we can totally go back for ! Let's start with the room me and Mom were staying in... To bad it was monsoon season when we're there... So basically, we had to stay away from the sea... Probably the best thing we could have done on the beach, would be taking pics and drawing stuff in the sand... meh... But then, the resort that we stayed in was AMAZING ! So much to do during the day, from water sports, to archery, to spa treatments, to ball games... I even had a go at the trapeze ! But speaking of the trapeze, they had the most incredible night show ! A full-on, "I'll pay for it" type of a circus performance, right at the pool ! Mind you, this super crew of performers are the G.O.s over there, it's like they don't even need sleep ! They managed to keep their spirits and energy up throughout the day, rehearse till 3am, wake up the next morning and take people out on a powerwalk at 8:30am ! It's totally fascinating seeing how they dedicate themselves into the show, and into the interaction with everyone. Seriously, these G.O.s are SUPERHUMANS ! I have to say, my trip wouldn't be as memorable and exciting without them. Every smile, every hug, counts... And all the time that they devoted into welcoming us, all the sweat that they endeavored into the shows, their sincerity certainly touched hearts. 有一段時間無 update 個 blog 喇.. 首先, 同你拜個早年先 ~!!! 祝你牛年身體健康, 萬事勝意 ~!!!! 哈哈 !! 係咪唔知點解有 "一哥" 布韋傑客串出現o係呢度哩 ~!!? 上星期五, 同 Brian 一齊幫一個 Annual Dinner 做 MC... 不過, 我扮希臘女神, 佢扮財神... 哈 !! 中間仲有時間換 look... 嘻嘻... 今年已經係我第 5 年獲邀請做司儀... 估唔到佢o地咁有心, 又咁鬼馬, 靜靜同 "一哥" 夾好, 俾個 surprise 我 ~!! 我都有 5-Years Service Award !!! 呢晚仲有兩位功神, 一位係我o既 stylist - Ka Lam ~!! 佢真係化腐朽為神奇 ~!! Your makeup and hair is THE BEST !!!! 另一位功神就係我家姐 ~!! 呢 D 相, 全部都係佢影o架 ~!! So Pro ~!!! Thaaaaaaaaank you ~!!!! Love you !!!!! xxx 睇完自己o係 <金曲> 表現, 發覺有好多進步空間... 尤其係同歌手o的 chit-chat 位... 最近亦收到一位聽眾o既 email, 叫我減肥... 哈哈 ~!! 原來上鏡肥廿磅係真o架 ~!! 雖然我係 DJ, 唔係模特兒... 而比起 <好心情> 時代, 真係脹o左 D... o個時日日做 gym, 又跑步, 又 yoga... 而家未天光就起身, 日日工作超過 10 小時... 瞓覺o既時間都無... 不過我好快又搬屋 lu ~!! 希望搵到一間又近返工, 又有 gym o既屋喇 ~!! WISH ME LUCK !!

Radio 3 @ Lan Kwai Fong Carnival !!!

Sorry for the late updates !!!! Here goes... We were at this year's Lan Kwai Fong Carnival again ! Bringing the Chart Show there for a live broadcast was real cool, but we were EXTRA prepared this year... we got our "Fly Eye" glasses, so we had our "Fly Eye Spy" buzzing around the streets of Lan Kwai ~! This is us @ the office.. It was lovely to see our listeners dropping by, and Joyce, thanks for all your pics !!! See ya next time on the road !!

Daniel Powter in Hong Kong

Daniel Powter is the guy who did that HUGE single, "Bad Day". It became such a hit, that people started to sing it in football matches, stadiums for sports events, and even American Idol for a whole season at one point. I have to say, before the interview, since I was the first interview of the day, I was warned about how much of a music person he was, and that he didn't like kiddish questions. But when it comes to the time when I started talking to him, he's just a really really nice guy, and although he could talk about music all day, he actually didn't mind talking about random things, like what kinda TV show he watched lately, which was about a creepy spider ! Ha ! Anywayz, can't wait to hear some new music from him, which I know it's gonna come out before the end of the year. He said that he's been working with legends like Linda Perry, which we talked A LOT about... Hopefully next time, he can perform publicly, and we'll definitely keep you updated !!

超興奮呀 !!!!!!!!! 心情到今日先平復返o的咋... 因為可以同內地金牌運動員近距離接觸 ~!!!!! 郭晶晶何可欣龍清泉陳一冰張怡寧好幸運可以做到歡迎晚宴o既司儀, 仲可以搵一眾<國寶>簽名+影相... 太難以置信喇 ~!!! 不過最令我印象深刻o既都係佢... 林丹嘻嘻... <超級丹>真係<超級 nice>同<超級>有星味 !! 相知道當晚o的花絮... 聽星期三o既<江湖傳聞>喇 ~!!!

唉... 真係唔好意思... 又咁耐先 update... 最近好忙呀... 睇 show 之餘, 有好多機會同傳媒見面... 先講 show 喇... 睇 Stereophonics, Akon, Alicia Keys, Travis 同 Live n Loud... 一個緊接住一個... 香港樂迷突然幸福起o黎 !! 呀 !! 睇睇o下 show, 竟然有聽眾認得我喎 ~!!! 超 surprise !!!
