因近日比較忙, 冇乜時間寫blog. 攪到宜家先寫團年飯局. 
好高興又有機會與朋友去 chez moi 食私房菜作為團年飯, 因那處冇corkage fee. 我哋帶咗1白4紅1甜, 它們包括銀天使, Ch. Talbot 04, 智利紅酒, 以色列紅酒及加拿大甜酒.
最可惜支智利紅酒壞咗, 傳出一陣陣豉酒+味精味, 好怪. 支Ch. Talbot 04 又唔夠時間透氣, 要去到後期才好喝.
要多謝阿王在blog上介紹之銀天使, 我好鍾意. 聞落有木瓜&菠蘿味. 飲落有passion fruit & 花香味, 因冇記下d酒的味度, 現在用僅餘之記憶去回味. But i really love this wine.
最後想講吓支以色列酒, 它比我想像中好喝, 比Ch. Talbot 更full body. Rich in Tanin.好重泥味, 有少少似St. Emillon d 酒, 尚算ok&特別. 多謝my friend 帶此酒來試.

Is my second time to that restaurant, the food is not bad, the goose live is really good. But the most impt thing is no corkage fee.haha
The next restaurant i would like to try is CASA FINA.

I will suggest you next time as you knoe out for dinner open Ch. Talbot early to make more happen, not many people know does 以色列 do make 酒, there I have try there wine is really good just not many people.
Next time if you interest Syrah try NZ Syrah you will never know what you can found is really good much better then Australia and Frence Syrah!
