Get your hiking shoes on today as we head out to explore the impressive formations which make up Kings Canyon. You’ll be left breathless by the sheer beauty of the canyon as we trek through the Amphitheatre, the Lost City, the lush and ancient Garden of Eden and the North and South Walls. Lunch is a welcome prospect, before we make our way back to Alice Springs.
看見別人突破自己我總會為他興奮. 英國團友 Sara 從沒有嘗試露營, 第一晚縮沙睡在帳幕裡, 推說有野狗 Dingo 和蛇. 昨晚再三要求睡在我旁邊, 一起望住滿天繁星, 銀河清晰可見, 數過幾粒流星後安然入睡. 早上起來 Sara 表現得很雀躍, 說昨晚睡非常香甜. 真好!
晨早起來行 Kings Canyon, 上山的一段很斜, 比較吃力, 只好作好心理準備加把勁. 全條路徑要花上工個多小時, 沿路景色宏偉壯觀, 石灰岩中有大量鐵質, 經氧化後呈現橙紅色. 導遊一路上介紹原住民如何利用什麼樹, 什麼果來治理傷口, 用什麼樹幹做武器, 就好像北京猿人般, 強!
今次三日兩夜的行程算是玩得很投入! 或者有去遊客聖地的感覺, 也因為同行只有十人, 而且來自不同國家, 很快就熟絡了! 回到 Alice Springs 還一起出去飲酒吃飯! 昨晚導遊 Jess 告訴我因為其中一個團友多付錢參加 Deluxe 團, 公司不能 downgrade 他, 只好upgrade全團. 天啊! 實在太幸運了! 我們有多一個導遊照顧起居飲食, 吃的好, 晚上也有帳號選擇, 所有人都很滿意.
