新年countdown

Candy and I went to Time Square to count down for 2007. However by the time we got there we found that the place was packed with people and we were prevented to get any closer.  The worst thing was that the crowd were around us and we were actually stuck in the middle. But when it was almost 2007 we could hear the people who were inside the square shouted from 10 down to 1 loudly and all the people on the street followed the pace. The crowd gave huge applause immediately and the sky was full with colorful gliterring ribbon (see above picture). It was so amazing!
