The sports day in school

The day before yesterday is my school's Sports Day and hosted in Wong Jok Hang.

For me, I had took part for 3 competition.It was 100M hurdle, 100M and 400M(All above is C class).And also I still took the Open Class-------3000M.

First, I want to talked about the first day.It is just some opening, some common competitions.But today is the final, I was very lucky that I had few terms could be placed at the final.So the opening speech is over, here is main story.

At the end of the first day, it was the time of the the 3000M.So I ran.For that, I had ran for the all paths and took me for 15 min!After these mins, I felt very tired and my feet had also give me an signal-----It is the limit!!

So the next was the holiday and the other was the final.I was so tired that even a small long jump would make me feel so pain!In the hurdle funal, of course I had lost.But no death no victory, when died in hurdle there would the 3000m!!
