As the Government will take back the land where the Rescue Centre For Abandoned Pets (RCAP)currently locates on or before the last deadline 4/10/09 , 400 of dogs and cats have to move urgently, otherwise they maybe killed and force out without any deadline extension. Under this circumstance, we urgently need to increase our funding up to HKD$1M for building the new site and other operation expenses. Please lending your helping hand to those poor animals and let them have a home again!

戰火無情，廣島遭到原子彈侵襲後，宮本老師傅跟著他的和果子鋪因此消失在無情的戰火中，這個皇室點心差點就失傳。還好其中一個學徒松坂剛好在台灣做和果子生意，日本投降回日本前將製作技術教授給年輕的台灣學徒顏水山，嵐媽卡喜才得以在台灣繼續傳承。
水山師傅的女婿「阿海師」 表示，因為水山師傅三十年來秉持皇室祕法手工製作「嵐媽卡喜」（http://www.kashi.tw/order），不添加防腐劑，每日產量有限，但 吃過的人都終身難忘，前幾年還被日本餐飲界重金禮聘回去傳授製作秘訣，有興趣的網友可以上網嘗鮮。
