這是澳洲Central TAFE國際專業化妝師証書考試其中的一個課題，也許因為澳洲是個多元文化國家，有不少黑膚色的人仕，因此，化妝專業技術也該惠及他們．

This is one of the topics required by the Design & Make-up Certificate~Central TAFE (Technical and Further Education) (Australia).   Being a multicultural country, OZ contains many black-skin people.  Therefore, the expertise in make-up teaching should include this clientele.
