A DAY WITHOUT SMILING IS A WASTED DAY !

I was unable to sleep for whole night, thinking about my past and mixing up my future.

If one day i leave the world suddently,  I do hope I didn't waste day to with my love.

Maybe you think i am too negative, oh.. yes. I am!  I always think about the worst case of its happening, then i never got any unexpected disappointed for myself.

I am weak and don't know how to protect myself.  Sometimes i feel confident to do anything, everything seems easy to do... however, sometimes i am confusion and frustration,  I really need help and support.

I will be bodycheck on Sept 26,  2006. I am scare it very much... it is the first time of my life.
