Felt like posting an blog about this week which has some ups and has some downs so it's the same old same. Tuesday didn't have much to do after an interview so I called Vivian for a chat before she got to work then I walked around then watched The Departed since i've made so much fun of it. It was ok but it wasn't great and pretty bellow average and the was an excessive use of the fword which brought it down five notches.
I contacted the person I had a meeting with on the same day and found out they weren't able to offer me anywork in Hong Kong or Sydney. It was mostly due to Sydney office holding onto the projects and what not but I wasn't suprised by this.
On the 1st of November I started a new monthly diary which I prefer over keeping an all purpose diary. Funny enough I found the diary I lost today after looking though my pile of VCDs. I'll keep it but only use it if I lose a monthly diary or miss place one.
I was called up on a freelance job to do some flash banners for a couple of weeks but after the first day I really doubted I was the right person for the job so I pulled out. My father was very disapointed and didn't want to bother understanding my choice. All he could think about is the money and nothing else "what about the money you could of made" does he think i'm an idiot. I know I could of made a concidrable amount but I didn't feel it was right for me.
Friday I met up with my friend Junko to pass on a DVD of an exhibition she held with me and some friends from college a couple of years ago. She held the exhibition in her apartment while our college was on break so people could come in during the day till the late afternoon. I filmed the "opening" night which was more a house party then anything else.
On friday night I tried make a pavlova but it didn't turn out so good it collapsed on it's self but apart from that it tasted fine.
Wensday I took some photos while walking from Milsons Point to Circular Quay. A walk I do every morning I have an interview in the City.
