Yew Restaurant + Bar in Four Season Hotel

Couple months ago I promise my friend to write some comment about this resturant, sorry, it comes a little bit late cos I am very very busy & lazy.  Firstly, Yew restaurant has a tall ceiling with a long bar top and makes you feel very cozy here.  They provide lots of space between table & table and you feel free in this restaurant.  Talking about their food, they have a "NO PASSPORT MENU" which is CAD$35+Tax and they change the menu once a month for different countries cuisine.  At that time, they promoted the cuisine of Italy.  But one of my friend complained it's not worth to try their setting menu, so we picked some appetizer and ordered two main course plus the dessert for 5 girls to share.  Finally the bill came cheaper than we thought and food is good too. 

Cold Appetizer: lobster mango roll, watermelon & seasame dressing scallop, spicy ahi tuna tartar & saffron & chili-marinated

Comment:  So fresh to clear your throat  

Hot Appetizer: Fried Calamari, scallop & bacon spring roll, crab cake & maple roasted prawn

Comment: So yummy and you can't stop it

Two main course: Seafood Paella & Seared Scallop with spring pea linguine + asparagus

Comment: al dente pasta but should put more rice in the seafood paella

Dessert: Chocolate Fondue with Almond Hazelnut Biscotti, Marshmallows, Pineapple Brûlée, Mini Cranberry Cheese Cupcakes, Frozen Grapes

Comment: pricy but surprisingly the frozen grapes is so cool
