LWRC 1/4 Marathon 2009 - 2009/10/11

Having completed the LWRC 1/4 Marathon ( 樂華 歐化寶 1/4  馬拉松 2009 )  in the slightly hot morning on 2009/10/11 in a moderate fast time of 53 mins 30 secs (only 49 secs faster than the time last year).

I was happy to meet so many runners friends from LongRun.hk, hkrunners.com, Leisure Runners Club and others.

The jogging exercise before the race was good and I even ran to the top of the Reunification Tower.

Enjoyed the race as usual.
