HKU Vo2 Max Running Test - 2008/11/15

I attended a Vo2 Max 4.8 Km running test held by HKU in the morning at Kowloon Tsai Park on 2008/11/15.  The weather was fine and sightly warm.  I managed to complete the test in a moderate speed in 23 mins.  My Lactic Acid rate after the run was 10 - probably not pushed hard enough.

I was happy to meet some runners friends including Kam Mo Hung, Grace and Lester during the test.

This my first time running in the park and found the facilities quite nice.
