AVOHK 5 Km Race 1 (Wanchai Gap) - 08/9/6

  Having completed the  AVOHK  5 Km Race I 2008 ( 香港 元老會 5公里賽 ) at Wanchai Gap in the afternoon in a satisfactory time of 28 mins today.

The trail was sightly hilly, muddy and slippery, but luckily I did not need to walk after a long queue today.

I was happy to meet so many runners friends including MJ, nc, sportfighter, CHIN, Sarah and others.
