You need to know when you have hyperthyroidism, you have to learn how to cope with stress because your heart beats faster than other people who have normal thyroid. I am always in stress too. I try to use different coping strategy to deal with problems. I usually can't sleep at night and my heart beat fast and heavily. Now I develop to have hyperthyroidism and diabetes millitus. I have started taking medicice for three months. I worried about my health, and so did my family. Currently, I use Wii fit to do at least 30 minutes aerobic walking step exercise one or twice per day, and I found it help. However, the stress is never gone! It is my personality.
