1st day in B6

First impression is poor
The ward is untidy
The staff seems not very nice
The routine is totally different from A7, especially the night shift
The working space is limited
The ward is a Geri ward rather than chest ward
All the cases are bed-bound, with Ryles, Foley and bed sores

Help!
The 1st time i wanted to back A7
The 2nd time i wanted to resign..
How long do i need to stay here?
I want to leave!
Totally no motivation to go to work!
