日本芝士蛋糕 JAPANESE CHEESE CAKE
材料 INGREDIENTS
(A) 打鬆 WHISK 4 個蛋白 4 egg whites 150 克幼糖 150g castor sugar
(B) 250 克忌廉芝士 250g cream cheese 4 個蛋黃 4 egg yolks 1 個檸檬皮碎 1 lemon rind 4 湯匙鮮奶 4 tbsps fresh milk
(C) 篩過 SIFT 40 克麵粉 40 g plain flour 40 克栗粉 40 g cornflour
做法 METHOD
1.將(B)料打至幼滑,慢慢拌入鮮奶。 2.把(B)和緩C)料一起拌勻,再拌入黨A)料,倒入紙杯或已塗上牛油的 7 吋盆內。 3.用蒸焗法 120 度焗 45 分鐘,然後用 180 度焗 15 分鐘即可。 註:蒸焗法的意思是將蛋糕盆放入一盆有水的盆內,之後一起放入焗爐內焗用蒸焗法做此蛋糕,會更鬆軟而又潤滑。
1.Beat (B) until creamy, slowly stir in milk. 2.Mix (B) and (C) together, stir in (A) and pour into cups or 7"cake tin. 3.To use steaming & baking method at 120~C for 45 minutes and then contonue baking at 180~C for 15 minutes. Remark : Steaming & Baking Method means put the cake tin in the big bowl of water. put it in the oven to bake. the cake will be more smoothness.
