Walt Disney World is a wonderful place, all the people are generally nice, because most of the cast member are retired (part-time work) or students (College Program/International Program). only work for fun and learn as more as they can.
But now, we are no more in Walt Disney World. We come back to the reality now.
Hong Kong Disneyland is same as any "Hong Kong" commercial company. Cast members are not friendly at all. Your manager would tell you " I have been worked for 14 years in this industry(don't tell me about sth -- Disney culture, u know what)." Who good at stocking, who can get promotion. Do you need all the merchandisers become IC? The managers don't know what is respect, even you worked forher more half an year, they still can't remember your name and face. I'm classified as "wai" or "bin quo bin quo ". They like shouting at you and ignore you. They want to be our "master". The cast members always think about how to step on you to climb up their social ladder. This is the true real world!

Don't feel disappointed..... this world still has warm and wonderful place for you..... don't you remember someone always standby you and support you? just tell me when you feel unhappy.....
