Ludwig II住在新天鵝堡的日子很短，只有百多天。他生前的住所，主要是位於Oberammergau的Linderholf，那裡最著名的是Dinning Room與Mirror Room，Dinning Room內的餐桌有機關，可以從Dinning Room處向下移至廚房，待僕人把食物擺上枱後，餐桌才會上移回房間，這樣，Ludwig就可以不用見任何人而進餐。另外，Mirror Room則為整間鑲滿鏡子的房間，只要你站在房中央，便可以看到無限個自己，Ludwig便可以在Mirror Room不停發夢了。
可想而知，童話國王有多孤僻? 又有多喜歡活在自己的世界中?

論外型，當然，以新天鵝堡較純美可愛，內裡聽Opera的人造山洞與Opera的演奏廳，加上佈滿天鵝的裝飾，也使人目眩，不過，以內裡的裝修而言，我還是覺得Linderholf較為可取，不過，歐洲皇宮的室內裝修老是金光奪目，怎教人安睡呢? 要是我睡在這樣金光燦爛的房間，滿眼都是金色，肯定每天發惡夢。
我們那天住在附近OB的民宿，也不便宜，兩個人也要大概八百港幣一晚。但是，週遭的風景真像卡通片裡的村莊，寧靜寬敞，空氣超好，處處山光水色，風光明媚。不過，這樣安靜和諧的地方，住一兩個星期尚可，住一兩個月準會把我這個嘈喧巴閉的港女迫瘋，太悶了。

我們只去了新天鵝堡，Euro 9, 值得的。Linderhof則Euro 7。我們沒有入舊天鵝。民宿的資料晚一點post去你個blog。
