Between a rock and a hard place...

We have met with the doctors this morning and as anticipated...the answer is they cannot save Dad's leg...I am sure he understands amputation is the only answer but he cannot face that at the moment and has refused to sign the consent form for his operation...

If we leave things as they are...the condition of his leg will continue to get worse...which means more of his leg will be amputated in the end (i.e. above the knee as opposed to below his need) and there will be more risk (more bleeding etc.)...

I have lost count of the number of times I broke down in tears this week....I wish the Lord will take this cup of suffering away from us but not our will, however, but His will be done.
