Re: Complaint in relation xxx'S Ms Lam xx and poor photo quality

This is a follow-up email regarding my telephone complaint call ("the Call") to Ms Lam xxof your company on 9 March 2009 . In the call, I have complained about Ms Lam's mis-selling in the HK Wedding & Wedding Services Expo 2008 ("the Expo") held in November 2008. I here make my written complaint formally as follows:
1. Unclear terms of the package. In the selling process, Ms Lam has briefed us the details of the package. However, the details were not properly documented on the receipt and, unfortunately, Ms Lam's memory is always different from ours subsequently. In the Expo, Ms Lam has infomed us the price of an additional photo was HKD148 and she promised us the discount of 20% off if we bought more than 10 additional photos. However, we were not given the said discount finally.
2. Inefficiency in response. We discovered the missing of discount after we reviewed your company's documents at home and made the Call to Ms Lam. She has promised us that she would report to your company and seek the way of refunding the price difference to us (HKDxxx). However, after a month, I still not yet receive her reply up to now.
3. Different album was shown. On the day we choosing photos, a different album was shown to us as compared with that one showed to us by Ms Lam in the Expo. I really wonder if this is another case of unfortunate memory mismatch?
4. Poor photo-taking skill. In the process of choosing photos, we found that 2/3 of the total photos were of poor quality. Common problems were too bright, not taking the whole object (e.g. the head of the 南瓜車 was being cut), not reminding us our unnatural position when taking photos. Your another staff, xxx, also wondered why we could eliminate quite a lot of photos shortly in the first round.
As a company declared "always been leading the trend in the industry for the past 40 years" and "to provide the couples with surprises and also wish to have better communication with its customers" in your website, I am very disappointed at your company's services and staff quality.
Regarding my complaints above, your prompt WRITTEN response, as a shop first in-charge, is greatly appreciated. If you want to clarify any issues with me, I could be reached by mobile number xxxxxxx. 可能真係一分錢一分貨, 我d 朋友影d本地pre-wedding 都唔係咁靚, 張張都好似樣板相咁, 個個都係個d 背景~ 本地pre-wedding 相係比較流水作業, 如果可以真係要去左taiwan影, 真係化妝/ 欇影都靚好多gar, 一世人得一次影, 希望你可以影到靚d, 有個美好回憶
