學員正忙於"晾雞翼"!

Last Friday, our students  were very busy. It's because within 3 hours they had to prepare the sticky rice stuffing, debone the wings, marinate them, stuff them, coat them with sugar solution, hang dry them and finally deep fry them. It's really short of time because everything takes time. However, it's only when they can finish everything with their own hands, then they can really remember what they've learnt.
