 好好玩,未試過,味道好特別,好heavy感覺,但都ok,不錯. 
 材料: 
 a)高粉450g,低粉50g,芝士碎15g,鹽5g,糖75g,酵母6g,豆槳50g, 
 b)沙拉油50g. 
 c)片狀芝士4塊 
 先將a 材料拌勻,再加b,搓至&quot;擴展&quot;狀,入盆作60mins基本發酵,放氣,分戍４份,收口放15mins,&quot;look&quot;平放芝士(c)在內捲起,放土司模作最後60mins發酵. 
 面刷旦汁,放預熱330c爐焗30mins.

 嘻,唔係咁大言不慚,個日在家看tv学既,味道有d似架 
 材料:寬意粉,馬卡龍芝士(mozzarella chesse),牛油,鹽,腸仔或肉丸(meat balls) 
 做法: 
 意粉煮淋,去水, 切記勿冲凍水,加少許牛油,鹽拌均,再加入肉丸,面放小量芝士及香草.eg.brasil. 
 要點:利用粉粘牲及剩温使味道融合,記得先放上3-4分種才享用]]></description>
