one thing that have learnt from there... have to choose "電子恆溫" wine cellar (i.e. no compressor for cooling) as compressor generates virbation that is harmful to wines. they said, since last 2 years, wine cellar tends to adopt "電子恆溫" so when buying 2nd hand old model cellar, have to pay attention to it.
However, according to the catalog of vintec, it seems using compressor but I haven't asked the sales in citysuper yet.
Shariz.... up to this moment, it is one of my favourite apart from Greenache. I remember I've tired one (Wolf Bass Yellow Label Shariz), the "spicy" taste was remarkable. I still have one (Wolf Bass President Label Shariz 2003) in my drawer, thinking about to taste each "Label" (Grey, Gold, Black....) one by one just like Penfolds "Bin" series.

Haha, I like Wolf brass also. I've tried yellow and president selection only. Yellow label only sold at $89 right now at supermarket.
The Wolf Brass yellow label brought me into the world of wine. Now, I want to try other countries wine, like chile, france, italy and spain.
BTW, I remember that you want to buy a wine cellar. How much is it? Also, how much for electricity charge for a cellar?
