菊主曾在國內的農村胞目睹有一嬰屍飄浮在河裡 , 大駭 .
同行的當地人卻不以為然 道 : " 黨中央只准咱們生一個 , 超生會被重罰 , 女娃是蝕本貨 , 沒法子呀......."
內地人即使移居了香港 , 這種男尊女卑的迂腐思想依然根深柢固 , 往往冀望一索得男 .
曾聽當醫護的友人說 , 婦產科的醫生一般都不會將胎兒的性別告知內地新移民 , 免得他們做 the terminator .

吾與菊主酒逢知已千杯少, 皆因經歷相同生活環境, 故有共同語言, 談得投機. 大陸的情況吾亦有深刻體會, 只能慨嘆道德已敗壞到無以復加的地步. 中國人心中, 除了私慾, 己經一無所有!
