You can fully appreciate the balance of meat and blood..... medium!

 

This is another purchase from  Macau.

I found Portugal wine is really very money valued.

Color Deep purple with narrowed rim

Nose: Violet , Fresh Black plum, a bit bacon, espressso and black truffle dorminates after an hour of decanting.

Palate: Full bodied, more elegant than Grous ( Syrah + TN brand) I do think it striked a better balance between elegance and viscosity than many Grand Cru Classe!

Black truffle keeps lingering on over my palate. Medium + acidity supported by fresh black plum.

It is more costy than Grous with advantage of elegancy and full bodied.

 

 

 

Reinforce me of the black truffle flavour of the Pinta!

 

Canadian Organic potato from City Super. Creamy and full of potato flavour.

The small one is new potato from Australia, more cripsy but less potato flavour
