老實說,HKD$480不算是很貴,但此Wine Dinner有仲不抵的Feeling,我想是因為酒不夠quality ,唯一可取是quantity 夠.

先講 Wine

The most well made wine in this dinner, what a pity in fact.

Citrus, pear,green apple with herbal , lemon skin finish, medium body and length

Not watery in finish

This Valpolicella is not bad but of fair quality ONLY.

Herbal , red fruit , tint of sour cherry, a bit bitter in finish. medium -ve body and length

The best Red tonight showing typical sour cherry flvaour with oaky flavour and medium + body and length

Really disappointing!!!

Very weak aroma and flavour, not decanted enough??

Tint of rose, but mainly tar , earthy, dusty

Not much fruit

especially with expectation that this should be the best wine tonight

Food Coming!
