Cru Burgeois Wine Dinner @ Le balnc Wan Chai II

Yellow Label from Isa- This young wine demonstrated the fruit component of blackcurrant, plum, sweetish oaky flavour. Body is medium but the length is not good and the flavour not substainable.....

Blue Label- Wine from Stanley, A bit disappointed for me. Leafy , showing greenish tone of CS, herbaceous on palate, fruit not shown up.... length medium -ve , watery finish

My Complient Wine, Arenburg is one of my favourite winery from Australia as it alws produces high quality and substainable wine.

Medium body and length is medium.

Blackcurrant, plumy, caramel, tannin medium and silky , vanilla sweetish finish

Very Floral one. The fruit on palate showed blackberry, blackcurrant. Length and body are medium.

I love this one most in this CB wine dinner for her floral nose and elegance.

Looking forward to Italy Wine Dinner....in July
