Buddy, you have gave up your career in HK and also your wife's, to seek the opportunity at the Land of the Free....To be truthful, I don't know if that's a good idea or what...because I also thought about my past tracks many many time....If I was to stay behind in HK back then....what would I be now???

The world is full of opportunities,be it in the US or in HK...I have seen some of my HK friends raised from simple working class people to now...a multi millionaire in HK...so, I wonder...what if?????

Totally understand you guys gave up a lot for your kids future. Look  backward, it was filled with happiness and efforts. Thanks for share!

That's what I am worrying about. I am not worrying about my daughter, she got a lot of chance to meet boys. My son is a shy, silent young man, he stays in his bedroom all day after work and have no social life. So, how can he meet the girls ? I don't want him live alone when I die.

Eddie, you sound like my Dad, and most parents too, when their children are at the marrying age and yet they are still single.  Don't worry, they should find the right partners and marry, with God's help. Just pray for it. Like most parents too, your children are the first priorities in your lives. I admire you both for loving your kids enough to make such a big career sacrifice. Now that they had grown up as good, loving and responsible adults, you are already "earning the fruits of your labors". That's what my Dad's colleagues once told him about me when I took care of him at the hospital, back in 1982.

Why parents have so many concerns, first if we could grow up healthly or not, then school thing, now is if we're married or not, then maybe when we're going to have our own kid.

When it's time, it's time, no rush Eddie
