Day 128 - 151 The last trip in Aus (2008.03.21-2008.04.13)

Trip 1 (Adelaide to Esperance) - 2008.03.21-2008.03.25

I met a Hk fd last week (we are fd in Tasmania). She introduced me a Japanese girl (Yuka) who has a car and plan to drive to Perth (~2600km). That's a crazy drive! but we can save money and meet the other fd in Esperance (400km SE of Perth). We 3 persons went to after 5 days later and said goodbye.

Trip 2 (Esperance to Perth) - 2008.03.25-2008.04.06

We met other fds (also has car) and travel around the southern area around Perth. That's a fruitful trip bec we have good accom and dinner in caravan park with limited budget. We reached at least 20 wondreful places and 15 beautiful beaches in the trip.

I loving it:

1) the white fine sand of Lucky Bay and Helfire Beach in Cape Le Grand NP near Esperance,

2) fishing on the jetty in Hopetoun, 

3) the beautiful sence in town and sealion on the beach of Albany,

4) the beautiful sunset on windfarm,

5) 63m tree climbing and bird feeding near Pemberton,

6) the shops, factory (soap, chocolate,..),vineyards  and cave in Maragaret River,

7) the 2km Jetty Experience in Busselton, and

8) walking experience across the sea (20 mins)from Rockingham to Penguin Island,...

and many different beautiful places !!

Trip 3 (Perth to Monkey Mia, Coral Bay and Exmouth) Tour - 2008.04.08-2008.04.11

I only can travel around Perth for 6 days. I know the Japanese backpackers Mika and Yo Shi joined the Tour from Easyrider. That's a unique tour which can fit my plan, I feel upset bec cannot stay longer in Coral Bay or Exmouth, but that's my only choice. That's fine. 

1) Nambung NP - Pinnacles Desert

2) Kalbarri NP - Z-Band Gorge, (rock climbing and up scaling) in The Loop, Nature Window,

3) Shark Bay - hertiage area

4) Monkey Mia - feed the dolphin on the beach (Monkey Mia) and swim on shell beach

5) Coral Bay - snorkelling to watch coral (Ningaloo Reef)

6) Exmouth - snorkelling to watch sea fish and marine life (Ningaloo Reef)

Trip 4 (Exmouth - Perth - HK) - 2008.04.11-2008.04.13

I have 3 nights journey from Exmouth to Perth by Greyhound at night by 18hrs, then get on the plane on midnight from Perth to Melb by 3 hrs, then fly to Sydney by 1.5hr on the morning, and finally get on the flight(Virgin Altantic) on afternoon and back  to HK by 9 hrs.

That's a most fruitful and memerial trip in my life. I miss the friends in Aus and Tasmania !!
