其實係今年5月第一次試香港Robuchon之前, 一d都唔鍾意食西餐.

覺得西餐好難好好食.

一次Robuchon , 完全改變我睇法.

頭場 L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon -- My Dearest Husband 快樂生晨(updated)

今次, 仍然係驚豔.

我愛死Robuchon 的法國菜.

不瑰係傳奇名廚, 他的3星,

名不虛傳.

食野食野.

先黎Robuchon 必有的小吃.

亦係Robuchon 偏好的份子美食.

西芹與青蘋果, 好fresh.

麵包. 如果講麵包, 香港Robuchon就好食d, 諗起佢個牛角包就流口水.

Appetizer.

徐先的 Le foie gras.

佢話幾好食.

 

我的 Les cuisses de grenouille.

即田雞肉, 我覺得都係幾好食.

Soup.

全日高潮係係湯度.

以前會覺得, 湯有幾好飲先, 但係Robuchon 徹底改變我地睇法.

兩個湯都好飲到顛. 飲第一啖已經好似味吉陽一錦, 雙眼發射死光!

徐生的 Le Bouillabaisse . 馬賽魚湯, 由細就聽到大, 估唔到可以做到錦!

我都唔知點形容, 係味覺一種好新刺激, 香濃得黎唔heavy, 好爽.

我的Le champignon.

未飲d超濃既磨菇味已經湧上黎.

香到好似d白松露錦.

好好食.....

我揀左食魚.

Le cabillaud.

個Black cod fish 好新鮮, 好味.

我個魚, 係有一個配菜, purée de pommes de ter

即係薯容.

我覺得係全日最精彩食物, 拍案叫絕(但係無影相, 都無所謂, 一pat薯容錦je..)

連配菜都可以去到e個level, 我真係佩服Robuchon 到五體投地.

徐生的La tete de veau .

係我好抗拒的鹿肉.

徐生話外面d膠質好好食.

Desserts time.

我地可以係甜品車度揀甜品.

個拿破倫好好好食呀!

之前話過sweet 19個好食, 但係e個, 係超晒班呀!

下次, 我想全部都要晒拿破倫!!!!

我個chocolate pudding 都好好食.

even我e個唔鍾意chocolate既人, 都覺得好好食!

仲有一份, floating island.

因為book檯時候講左係wedding anniversary, d staff送左碟糖果俾我地.

用黎影相都幾好睇.

但係我俾晒d chocolate徐生食. d生果就我食晒.

    We also had mushroom soup... that was superb (great regrets as we only had one serving ).... suprisingly, the others were not the same (even the appetizer)  [I thought that the menu stayed the same for some weeks... ]. anyway, that was the 10+ time we'd been to Robuchon ... and would consider that as a must go for trips to Macao  .Hubby said we should do the  same when it comes to our anniversary.

    Yes, the mushroom is great! I think it is their sincerity to have the menu changed in weeks. I hate if I find out that I have to choose from the same old food!!

    I do agree Robuchon is a must in Macau considering the price is so reasonable and the food is nice!

    Thx for your entries, that is your entries that makes me having the idea of going to Macau Robuchon for our anniversary meal!

    真係好正..我都book左12月20..自從佢上左米芝蓮就好難book, 我都冇再去喇...Le champignon.我有飲過...好正! 多謝你介紹呀今次我會試下個馬賽魚湯...諗起都開心!

    薯蓉係Robuchon ge signature dish ....比香港Robuchon ge好味d~~

    甜品...我自己就鍾意Le Salon De The  & La ..yummy~~
