酥皮和菇菇都是我喜愛的,所以一看見這個食譜,就好想試試!

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
Mustard
Salt and pepper
4 large portobello mushroom
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven 425F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
On floured surface, roll puff pastry into 14-inch square, cut into four. Place mushrooms gill-side up on pastry, season with mustard, salt & pepper.
Toss breadcrumbs and cheese in a bowl and fill inside the mushrooms. Fold in the pastry edges to fully cover the mushrooms. Brush both sides with egg wash. Place seam-side down on baking sheet, cut slits in the top and bake until golden, 25 minutes.
