Raspberry is good even with white chocolate, because it's sour + sweet. But I still love dark chocolate more!

I agree! The sourness of raspberry + the sweetness of chocolate, it's the perfect balance!

I used to be really afraid of  using gelatin... but now, getting more practice and starting to be better. I have to face my fears!

This cake has lots of steps, but it's actually not too hard to make. Quick, start start start!

I agree, I was trying to make a decoration with the raspberry, but the result was not too satisfactory. Next time I make this cake again, I'll cut up the berries and put them inside.

Berries become very cheap during summer time. That's the season to eat lots of them! I guess because they have to import the berries in HK, you can't find cheap ones... here, you can even go to farms and pick your own berries!
