親愛的朋友︰
又是感恩的一年，因今年又有機會成為毅行隊中的一名。過去十四年，參與了「毅行隊」中不同崗位的服務︰陪行的，物資支援，毅行者等，無論是前線的毅行者或後面支援者，我都能享受助人之樂、同行之樂。今年是第十五年參與這活動，也是值得紀念的一年。
「施比受更為有福」，自己在這十五年參與毅行的活動中，不但能藉親身力行，幫助了一些需要的人，也能體會了幾點簡單而的快樂的道理。
1. 大自然的美是一個創造奇妙的傑作，無論你認識這個道理幾多，接近這個創造的傑作都是可以洗滌人的心靈。
2. 路須是人行出來的，但作為一個人，每一步只是每一步，行100公里只是行了很多很多步。走了很多路，越來越發現，踏踏實實地做人是最快樂的，而他的目標最終也不難達到。
3. 人與人的合作，人給人的適時的幫助、支援可使困難的事變得容易好多。
原來，人活得快樂其實是這麼簡單的︰多點親近創造的世界，不走捷徑、願意一步一步的走下去，樂意與人合作、也樂於幫助有需要的人。你也要多點體會這些快樂的道理！

Thanks a million in supporting us!
We are glad to advise that we finished at 31 hours 38 minutes despite the bitterly cold weather at night and with added 3Km ups & downs at the last section this year. It is truly the toughest and longest Trailwalker in our 15th year of participation.

Lastly, borrowing John Sayer, Director General of Oxfam HK: “I am glad to welcome the team all the way from Sai Kung; team spirit, stamina and endurance are the essences of Oxfam Trailwalker and also for Oxfam’s work against poverty. It does not matter who is the first team or the last to have reached the finish line; each team that made it this far has shown great determination and commitment in overcoming all the obstacles and difficulties along the 100km trail.”
最後, 借用樂施會總裁施日莊先生的話：「我十分高興迎接他們走畢全程歸來，其團結和堅毅的精神，正是為貧窮人對抗氣候變化的重要力量。無論是第一隊還是最後一隊抵達終點，他們最終都克服所有障礙，完成艱巨的挑戰，實現了無懼艱辛、自強不息的『樂施毅行者』精神。」
