夏日天時胃口唔好,不況食下泡飯,容易入口.對我呢的懶人來講,好方便,又快捷地食到美味可口的快餐.
材料: 皮蛋一只,芫茜5棵,鯇魚肉一條,白飯一碗.
做法: 皮蛋破殼切粒,芫茜洗淨切段,魚肉切片後,用痳油、鹽、生粉和白酒各少許淹15分鐘.水滾後把魚肉和皮蛋放入,待湯水再滾起,把芫茜和白飯加入,煮5分鐘即成.
調湯味時,可多加一點鹽,即比平時飲湯的咸味多一些,因為加了飯的湯水會淡口一點,所以食落無咁有咸味 .
