未有耐到聖誕節......但10月中已經在課堂上學咗做 "一碌木" 聖誕蛋糕
幾有氣氛嘅一個節日蛋糕...不過味道就過份的甜....因為用咗勁多butter cream, syrup 同砂糖去做呢!! Chef每次都話 Cake d字寫得好醜.....要回家多多練習!!
做呢個蛋糕最好玩係可以搓糖糕公仔做裝飾~
有d似 Cake 响屋企整個d黏土玩意~ 好好玩好enjoy!!! 但查實有冇人真係會 "yark" d 糖公仔架呢???
食糖糕咪得個甜字!!! 邊好味架.........

Haha... should I mail your some copybooks to improve your handwriting?
We also had cake decoration competition in my college day, but those fantastic cakes were good for exhibition only. No one dared taste (destroy?) the abundance of royal icing and marzipan.
