PERSONAL: Male nicknamed Bong; born August 22, 1967; married to MS Abigail Guanlao-Billones; senior artist-teacher of PETA; organizer- manager of arts and community events; has performed and functioned as actor-performer, production/creative staff in over 35 stage plays and television productions; facilitated local and international workshops and conferences.
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from College of Arts and Letters, University of the Philippines , Diliman, Quezon City , Philippines (1984- 1989)
EXPERTISE: Theater administration and management; community theater organizing; program development; theater arts workshop facilitation for children and adults; organizational development, program facilitation, acting and movement for stage; acting for both TV and film; production design, lighting design, technical direction for stage; mask and puppet design, multi-media design.
CURRENT POSITION: Presently holds the position of PETA School of People’s Theater – Program Director; senior PETA Artist-Teacher; free-lance theater manager/administrator; theater and development training facilitator.

Hello people,
nice to hear your comments about the last workshop in BUHK. I really had fun during our workshop. It was so nice to meet all new friends. I learned a lot from all you guys. Sorry i couldn't stay for the final showcase as my schedule that day was really crazy tight. Hope you understand. But I don't regret as I know I will again see you all in another fun, fruitful and creative opportunity.
