20 November 2009: Violet Hill from Wong Nai Chung Reservoir to Stanley

We shall start from Wong Nai Chung Reservoir, walk past Violet Hill and finish at Stanley.  If we are in good shape, we can assault Ma Kong Shan.  Otherwise, we shall go along its perimeter.  We can decide what to do on the spot. 

According to weather forecast, Friday will be warmer (up to 19 degrees C) and fine.  This route will take about 3 hours and should allow enough time for our afternoon gathering.

Public transport to WNC Reservoir:

Bus No. 41A from North Point Ferry Pier to Wah Fu
Bus No. 63 from North Point Ferry Pier to Stanley
Bus No. 6 and 66 from Exchange Square, Central to Stanley

A public toilet is situated in the service building of the Reservoir.
