hello BW, I'm being try to make bread at home since mid of this year. I found that this is so so happy to make a nice and yummy bread by myself. We learned that there has a lot of negative news about the food lately in HK. I aslo found that some of the bakery store are using lard / lot of butter / lot of sugar ...etc...........
For try to make my family more healthy, I don't mind to work hard a bit to make a bread at home. We could adjust the ingredients based on our needs.
I don't think anyone would bother making bread in HK as there are so many bakeries and they sell such good bread and they are so cheap. So I did not attach any recipe. This is strictly for 阿茂.
It's been a long time I haven't clicked into this website. The Easter Buns look very seductive to me, somebody who's addicted to bread and cakes. Yet I can't find any receipe attached to the photo. Is there any?
