本星期會面的進展

八月十四日, 本會再次聯同公共醫療醫生協會和醫官局會面.

這一次會談, 醫官局就我們上次會面的要求作出了以下的回應:

1)contract structure reform: 各resident 會獲得一個 conditioned nine year contract (而每三年會有一份"約滿酬金"). 若resident能在九年內獲得專科資格, 表現合理, 就會自動成為permanent staff. 而這個permanent contract 會有三年"試用期", 如果三年assessment 也有effective或以上, 就會pass probation.
而SDR會有一個新的appeal system.

2)Intern paypoint 會升到由HA old proposal 14 to 16.

3)會考慮給予Family medicine trainee和其他specialty一樣的九年contract

4)盡量提早implementation date

5)嘗試有限度地縮短獲得max paypoint的時間

當局會在一兩星期之內, 公佈最終方案.
