禽日返p, 一返到工就已經收到56人, 禽日小弟係做大房 (裡面有22 個cases). 雖然係星期日, 但係都有唔少嘢要攪, 仲要俾ic 吹三吹四, 心諗: 吹你條命咩. 跟住仲要係fall 一個patient. 已經夠忙架啦, 仲要攪埋薯仔文, 唉.....
到咗今日, 情況就更加慘烈, 9點鐘開始收症, 57人start call, d case 不斷咁admit, 又要不斷咁discharge d case, 超忙, 仲要俾大頭係咁嘈住晒, 真係火都黎埋
. 最後收工時60人, 做完之後得個吉, 都唔知為乜 
係咁多patient 0既時候, 原來可以乜都冇, 水壺冇, 床冇, 連aerochamber 都可以冇, 真係"百冇" 呀 
我諗今日都交咗唔少手尾俾下一更的同事架啦, 希望佢唔好見怪
有時係到諗, 點解要咁辛苦, 要係dd 地獄病房到做到pk 呢? 真係有d 想離開d 個煉獄....
都係時候要諗諗自己的前途問題啦.....

sometimes i was annoyed by lots of work, we can't provide better care or concern to patients because we are too busy and lack of manpower, we are only "task-orientated", not "patient-orientated", we just like a robot! when patient need help, we always reply "please wait! i am doing something!", and then ...maybe we will forget. that's reality !!
i think it was frustrated when we worked hard but no one appreciate what we did!
i think it was angry when we are busy but someone speak too much bullshit!
