I have a plan for the study, in might be start in the coming weeks, I need to be sleep early then now that is about 22:00.. I know some of the imformation on the TV, the doctor said that if you want to be taller you need to fall asleep in 22:00, but this method is for the child, but I think I should be try it, when I sleep early I can study in the morning for a longer time, that's for my carrer about becoming a pilot or anythings else~
