哈姆今次整春卷, 不過唔係出面茶樓食嗰D春卷, 我整嘅裡面係香雈同千島沙律醬, 聽落好似怪怪咁, 不過食落又OK喔!! 整法仲要好簡單!!不過哈姆都係睇書學嘅!!
村料: 春卷皮, 蛋, 香萑, 千島沙律醬
整法:
將香萑切粒, 然後將香雈粒同沙律醬勞埋一齊(如果鍾意酸D可以落多D沙律醬).
將蛋發好備用.
將D千島香雈用春卷皮包好, 用發好嘅蛋封口.
最後用油炸至金黃色, 搞店!!!!!!!
