Be clear but NOT bossy
Can you express yourself and your ideas without being bossy?
Be who you are and let others be who they are.
Here are a few tips:
- Say what you think in the nicest possible way
- Ask rather than tell others what to do
- Offer suggestions rather than give orders
- Listen to others' ideas (maybe they have a better one).

Anti-Complain Campaign
Do you complain about the weather, life, health, people, the government, or the system?
Complaining saps energy, and drags others down.
Instead of complaining, try radiating positive energy. Lift the spirits of others with good humour.

Intuitive Decision-Making
Sometimes we make decisions based on
what we expect of ourselves or what others expect of us.
However, using your intuition can make you a
much more effective decision maker.
Practise the art of tuning in and
listening to the whisperings of your intuitive wisdom.

Mental Breather
When your thoughts speed along like bullet trains,
your emotions erupt and you react like an active volcano,
you know you need to slow down and take a mental breather.
Let your mind breathe deeply and
come to a point of stillness.

Step into your Brilliance
Each one of us is born brilliant.
But, a few disappointments here, a few setbacks there
and POOF! Just like that, our brilliance is clouded over.
It's not necessary to be perfect to step into your brilliance.
Striving for excellence in everything you do
is enough to release your brilliance.
Visualise your brilliance and step into it.
See, then be. Inhale, then excel!
