我多數都係買豬展來煲湯﹐煲粥﹐今次一買買左兩舊嚟焗﹐來一個Stinco al forno con patate. 無啦啦整呢個﹐係因為上星期喺超市買過一舊“熟食”﹐而我覺得我應該會整得好味過佢﹐所以就試下﹐果然無另我失望。

前一晚隨便落了些醃料﹕香草鹽﹐葫椒粉﹐紅椒粉﹐糖。
落鑊加辣椒爆香﹐加啤酒﹐加調味煮半個鐘﹐就係煮到D薯仔都READY﹐甘就搽D牛油喺面﹐一齊放入爐﹐200度焗到D薯仔金黃便成。

我哋一人一隻﹐開頭我預左食唔晒﹐結果就無得淨﹐成功﹗

    no no no , 跟住你個食譜我先做到架.... 比個食譜稷等我照住做.... 但我唔知點解成日都搵唔到豬展, 定係我唔識睇佢個生個時個樣呢??!! 本來我都想買d 熟左既豬展食, 但唔知會唔會好食, 因為都成 5歐左右一盒, 所以最後都無買.... 睇你張相, 真係好好味...yummy

    the recipe i wrote all there ga la.
    豬展 has disappeared a while in esselunga b4 but recently have back here la. Those just cooked, i feel is little bit too dried.

    yes ah, the one in the pic was really yummy. however i made again today but the meat is not as smooth as last time, so a good pork is important too.
