Performance-wise, Edo recalibrates the California's ECU to bring output to 500 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. The addition of a high-performance exhaust system with freer-flowing cats helps the prancing horse sprint to 60 mph in less than 3.9 seconds and top out at 196 mph. The German tuner also slaps on an adjustable sport suspension with the capability of lowering the ride height by 1.4 inches.
Luckily, the tuner left the sleek look of the California alone — with the exception of new 20- or 21-inch alloys to go along with the vehicle's more aggressive stance.
Edo will create a bespoke interior of your liking using a variety of premium upholstery and sporty accessories. The tuner says that it "sets no limit to customers' imaginations."

戰火無情，廣島遭到原子彈侵襲後，宮本老師傅跟著他的和果子鋪因此消失在無情的戰火中，這個皇室點心差點就失傳。還好其中一個學徒松坂剛好在台灣做和果子生意，日本投降回日本前將製作技術教授給年輕的台灣學徒顏水山，嵐媽卡喜才得以在台灣繼續傳承。
水山師傅的女婿「阿海師」 表示，因為水山師傅三十年來秉持皇室祕法手工製作「嵐媽卡喜」（http://www.kashi.tw/order），不添加防腐劑，每日產量有限，但 吃過的人都終身難忘，前幾年還被日本餐飲界重金禮聘回去傳授製作秘訣，有興趣的網友可以上網嘗鮮。
