多得 phlee 個食譜,真係又香又好味!我平時對呢隻蛋榚都麻麻地,一方面多油,二方面唔鬆軟。
但係呢個食譜油唔算多,香蕉味又香,當然,我用 d 爛蕉啦!
查實我想買梅花點蕉,之但係臨時臨急可遇不可求。前一晚去超市同街市買,都係一係 d 熟左但係淤既蕉同生蕉,無買到。第二日一早又去超市同街市望多轉,都係無,唯有買淤蕉,

今次係牛刀小試,試下個食譜,份量估得唔好,所以個模都只係裝到 50%!不過唔緊要,下次知道用咩份量啦。
咁好味,下次要買定 d 生蕉放係屋企,等佢放到有梅花點仲正!個榚焗出黎,真係好香蕉味呢…整左好少,我屋企一日食晒!

但係唔知點先可以要個爆口爆得好 d 呢?我今次係個 crust 未 form 之前介,我估介早左,有 d 人話介完之後加油係介口到…唔知大家有咩心得呢?

但係都係解釋唔到 向橫同向上!有時蛋榚食譜用泡打粉,也是想另蛋榚向上升啊…

材料其實同你post的那個差唔多,請過目
3隻熟香蕉 (mashed)
1 1/4 杯 all-purpose flour (英國進口的,不是中東的,應該正常卦!)
1 tsp baking soda (我用了 baking powder instead)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup 牛油
2 大蛋(室溫)
1/2 cup 核桃粒 - 我冇落
做法是這樣的:
1. 焗盤掃牛油
3. 牛油同糖混合, 逐隻蛋加入打勻
4. 加入香蕉拌勻.(用電mixer mix了一會 - 不知是否有問題)
6. 加入粉類拌 (folding) 至混合 (呀! 我是這時把粉 (你的Step2) 篩進 mixture 裡, fold 了又篩一D, 再fold ...)
7. 倒入焗盤
8. 預熱焗爐350F (我是175C) , 60 分鐘,
9. 連焗盤放涼15 分鐘, 取出待全冷卻.

,因還有3隻好熟的蕉 ...

I just made one a few days ago using a recipie from the interent, but the result was no good
My 分量 is quite similar to yours though, just a bit more flour ... but it looks 好怪!! Yours look beautiful! I will try again today as the banana are finally 熟啦
Question: 1) How do you mix the flour? Use a hand mixer? (like those for eggs) 2) And when you measure the flour, is it 平杯 or looks like a small hill? 3) And do you mix the banana and the eggs first, then mix in the flour? Or altogether? Thank you so much I will try again today

1. I mix with Elect hand mixer in slowest speed.
2. I measure by weight. I hate using volume as it is not accurate.
3. I mix butter with sugar, then egg part by part, then banana.......then mixture of flour salt and soda
