I brought this watch for very long time ago

it is not a expensive watch

but the design is very good

This watch is a re-release of an earlier version which of the 300m Professional Quartz. The 1st version was discontinued 10 years earlier, in the early 1990's.

SPECIFICATIONS

1. Frequency of crystal oscillator: 32,768 Hz (Hz = Cycles per second)

2. Loss/gain: Loss/gain normal temperatures of between 5 degrees C to 35 degrees C +/- 15 seconds per month

3. Operational temperature range: -10 C degrees to +60 C degrees (14 F to 140 F)

4. Driving system: Micro stepmotor

5. Battery: SB-A8. One piece. Battery life is about 5 years

6. Battery life indicator: By the second hand

7. IC (Integrated Circuit): C-MOS Monolithic IC

8. Magnetism-resistant capacity: 4,800 A/m (60 gauss, based on JIS-ISO standards)

9. Water resistance: 300m water resistance suitable for mixed-gas diving (JIS Type 2 diver's watch

10. (a)Case specifications: Designed for use in saturation diving using helium gas and water tested to a pressure of 30 atmospheres (300 meters). (b) Shape: Case, strap, and buckle are rounded. Rotating bezel is rimmed with case/bezel, and crown is positioned at 4 o'clock. All these features will prevent your skin and diving suit from being damaged by your watch

A translation of what the article says on the Seiko 300m Professional follows

"There are about 30,000,000 scuba divers in the world. Of this group, there are only about 4,000 people who do saturation diving (SAT). That is 0.01% of all scuba divers. The Marine Master Professional was made for SAT divers. There are basically two types of diving, scuba and SAT. There is a big difference in the specifications between watches rated just for scuba diving and those rated for SAT diving. The words "SEIKO PROFESSIONAL" are given only for items which pass their criteria for SAT diving. This model was made for 300m SAT diving. It is the only model in this price range [in the world] made for SAT diving. It features a special uni-direction bezel, and is quartz."

The arrow-shaped minute hand and sword shaped hour hand are enormous, much larger than the hands on a SKX007 diver. The hour markers are round, with a thin outer ring circling them. Very attractive. The hands and indices glow like crazy at night.

The very outer ring of the bezel, the crown, the hour and minute hands, the screws which hold on the case, caseback, and the lugs where the band are attached are all highly-polished stainless steel.
